At Ahesas, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. We deliver to all destinations within India..
We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 5 business days to ship goods out of our warehouses across India. However if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

3. Advance Amount Before Dispatch
In case if order with a total amount exceeding Rs. 5000/- so to streamline our order processing and ensure a smooth transaction, we now require a non-refundable 10% advance payment of the total order amount before dispatching the products from our warehouse.
Here's a quick overview of the process:

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order with a total amount exceeding Rs. 5000/-, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Advance Payment Request: Subsequently, you will receive a separate email requesting an advance payment of 10% of the total order amount. This payment is required before we dispatch the products from our warehouse.

Payment Deadline: Please ensure that the 10% advance payment is made within 48 Hrs from the time of receiving the payment request email.

Order Cancellation Policy: Failure to make the required advance payment within the specified timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of your order from our side. Delivery and Advance Payment: If the customer opts not to take delivery after the order has been dispatched, the advance amount paid is non-refundable.
4. In Case Of Delay In Dispatch
In case if there will be delay in dispatching the your ordered product due to any of the reason like public holiday, stock unavailable, etc then we will inform the customer about it and the customer can cancel the order.
- For Paid Orders: Full payment will be refunded in your account within 3-4 business days through bank transfer, UPI, etc whichever is convenient and fast.
