Refund policy

At Ahesas, we are committed to offering a refined shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we provide a simple and transparent return and exchange process under the following terms.

1. Return & Exchange Request

All return or exchange requests are accepted only via email.

  • Kindly send your request to ahesasfashion@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 24 business hours.

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To maintain quality assurance and authenticity, a clear unboxing video is compulsory at the time of delivery.

  • The video must show the sealed parcel being opened and the product clearly visible.

  • This is required to confirm that the original product has been received.

  • Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be approved.

3. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • The item shows no signs of damage, wear, or alteration

Used, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.

4. Customized Products

Customization services (such as blouse stitching or other alterations) involve an additional customization charge of ₹600 / ₹700, depending on the selected customization.

  • Customization charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of an approved return, only the product price will be considered for credit; customization charges will not be included.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are required to send the parcel back at their own expense.
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Inspection & Credit Note

Once the returned parcel is received, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return standards.

If approved:

  • A Credit Note will be issued within 3 business days after receiving the parcel.

  • The credit amount can be used for purchasing any other product from Ahesas.

  • Credit will be provided for the product value only (excluding customization and shipping charges).
