If Item Received In Damaged Condition/ Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Product Delivered, Please Mail Us on customersupport@ahesas.in With Your Order Number And Received Product Picture Within 24 Hours From The Time Of Delivery. If You Have Any Problem In Product You Have To Register A Complaint Within 24 Hours.
If Your Complaint Is Been Approved By Our Refund & Refund Team Then You Have To Courier Back The Damaged/ Defective/ Wrong Product To Warehouse Address Which Will Be Given By Our Team On Mail And Provide Us The Tracking Number And Courier Service Name In The Trailing Mail.
We Will Try To Replace Or Exchange The Product (If The Customer Wish to Exchange The Product In Case Of Defect) Within 5-7 Business Days After Recipient Of Damaged/ Defective/ Wrong Product To Our Warehouse And After All Quality Checking Will Be Done. If We Won’t Be Able To Replace/Exchange The Product To You Because Of Any Reason We Will Refund Back You The Amount In Your Account Within 7 Business Days.
*If A Customer Wants To Exchange The Product Then She/he Has To First Mail To Our Team And After All Discussion If The Team Instructs She/he To Courier The Product To Our Warehouse Then Only She/he Has To Do Courier At Our Address Mention On Parcel. When We Get Your Parcel or Further Payment Then We Will Contact You Via Mail And New Products Dispatched From Our Side.
*If She/he Couriers The Product Without Discussion On Mail Then We Won't Be Responsible For Any Lost Of Item.
*In Case Of Exchange Customer Have To Courier The Product Within 4 Days Send Tracking Number On Mail From The Day Of Recipient Of Confirmation For Exchange From Our Return & Replacement Team.
If The Customer Wish To Return Even After Rejection Of Exchange Request After All Discussion With Our Return & Refund Team Then You Will Be Refunded By Deducting 40% Amount From The Total Value Of Product Including Shipping Charge, GST and Other Expense Rs. In Your Account Within 7 Working Days After The Returned Will Reach To Us.
